FUNDING AND ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE
Centre for Organizational and Professional Ethics (COPE-AFRICA) is an autonomous non-profit organization. Currently, it is funded by an admixture of member’s contributions, donations, voluntary assignments and receipts from projects from capacity building programs and other initiatives organized by the Centre. COPE-AFRICA activities are directed through the overall control of a Governing Board/Board of Trustees which is made up of eminent intellectuals and professionals.
The day to day administration of the centre is carried out by an array of management and staff.
(COPE–AFRICA) membership comprises of the following cadre:
- Board of Trustees (BOT)
- International Advisory Board (IAB)
- Local, Regional and Global Networks
- Board of Fellows (BOF)
- Executive Directors/ Coordinator
- Programme Officers
- Editorial Board
- League of Associates
- Fellows
- Registrars/ CEO’s of Professional and Reputable Organizations
Essentially, the Centre operates through a group of multidisciplinary associate fellows who are well-proven in their professions and are equally committed to adding intellectual value and building ethical capacities of professions, institutions and organizations.
