COPE-AFRICA is dedicated and committed to promoting ethical behaviours by researching into areas of core values in response to the dented image of professions, institutions and organizations.
The aim of COPE-AFRICA is to change organizational, institutional, governmental and professional values particularly in African societies. This is based on the need to keep track of trends in ethical value systems as it affects practices across organizations, governments, institutions and professions; address the problem of ethical code of conducts in and across professions; periodically enhance the capacities of organizations, governments, institutions and professions to cope with the changing tempo in ethical value system including code of conducts; address the issues of inadequate or in- appropriate value-system and the development of information resources on ethical code of conducts in organizations, , governments, institutions and among professions.
The mission of COPE-AFRICA is to enhance ethical behaviour among institutions, professions, governments, and organizations across Africa and in the whole world in general. |
