COPE-AFRICA focuses on the creation of knowledge through research, information dissemination and knowledge enrichment towards assisting in entrenching sustainable ethical practices through adequate understanding of how ethical issues influences professions, institutions, governments and organizational behaviour as well as the ethical implications of such behavioral practices.

• In-depth studies on organizational values institutional, ethics, integrity in governance and professionals ethical codes of conduct.
• Collection and collation of baseline data on ethics of organizations institutions, governments and professions.
• Update inventory on ethics of professions, institutions, governments and organisations.
• Evolve an ethical value systems and Codes of Conduct for organizational, institutional, professional and governmental practices.
• Develop models of ethical Codes of Conduct that might be useful to national, regional and global organizations, professions, institutions and governmental.
•  Resources Centre for Organization Institutions, governments and Professions on ethical Codes of Conducts for formulation of various polices.
